At TikTok, Richard served as Creative Director where he led creative for TikTok’s Global In-House Agency for user growth. He supervised a team of producers, videographers, editors and designers. Richard oversaw visual identity, creative concepts, project scope, workflow, video productions and data insights for TikTok video ads. His agency also provided production services for ByteDance and TikTok brand partnerships across the US, Canada and Australia. During his time at TikTok, Richard oversaw thousands of ads that have driven millions of app downloads.
